Our treatments are given by a fully qualified, skilled and gifted therapist, who has been in practice for over 15 years and is a member of Embody. Most people nowadays experience some form of stress or stress-related symptoms in their lives, whether it is insomnia, high blood pressure, irritable bowel syndrome, headaches and migraine, anxiety, panic attacks, irritability, poor memory, depression, to name but a few. We have found that clients who have regular treatments significantly reduce their stress levels and symptoms, and the effect is accumulative. (We recommend an initial course of 4 weekly treatments, followed by fortnightly or monthly top-ups.) Although nothing has changed in their physical world, the total relaxation they feel enables them to cope better, slow down, see light at the end of the tunnel, manage their time effectively, feel better about themselves, lighten up, laugh more …
