The following is a fuller description of Reiki, Angel, Colour and Inner Child Healing.

Reiki
Reiki (pronounced Ray-Key) is a system of natural hands-on healing. It is a simple but powerful healing technique that is easily given and received by anyone. To benefit you need only to be open and willing to receive the energy.
Probably thousands of years old, Tibetan Buddhist monks originally used Reiki. The word Rei means universal and Ki is the vital force that flows through all living things. Thus Reiki can be defined as the universal life force.
During a treatment the client is fully clothed, either seated or lying on a couch. The practitioner places their hands on various areas of the body and chakra points (energy centres). Reiki healing energy moves through the healer, allowing the free flow of energy to be channelled to the client and activating their own healing system. Reiki has a way of naturally flowing to the area where it is most needed and therefore every treatment will be different.
Persons receiving Reiki report differing effects, such as increased warmth, cold or tingling sensations and deep peace. Whatever the individuals experience, the general beneficial effect of the treatment is the same. You should feel relaxed and restored and have a greater feeling of well-being. Many clients report feeling nurtured, safe and at peace.

Angel Healing
Angel Healing uses specific Archangels to channel their beautiful healing energies into the client, depending on what the ailment is. Archangel Raphael of the green ray covers all forms of healing, while Archangel Chamuel of the pink ray deals with emotional/relationship/heart issues. The Archangels bring a very gentle yet powerful energy, and many clients report feeling utterly at peace and nurtured while the healing is taking place, and some even sense the angels in the room.
Colour Healing
Each colour vibrates at a certain rate and corresponds with the chakras and human body. If something is out of balance, using colour can create harmony in that area. For example, for relationship issues where there is heartache, soothing pale blue may calm a situation down, or a warm pink for unconditional love may be appropriate. These colours are used on the client via a Chakra Silk, whereby the vibration of the colour is absorbed into the body with the aid of specific healing, and where appropriate visualisation.
Inner Child Healing
This amazing healing releases unresolved issues from the past, usually our childhood, where we learnt the earth was not a safe place to be, or felt unloved and unwanted, or rejected and abandoned, or smothered, a parent died and deep grief was stuck in the body - all causing pain, heartache and problems in our life today.
This healing works with the Inner Child Cards and uses Inner Child Essences to get to the core of the problem, together with gentle yet powerful healing to release, rebalance and heal the inner child. Clients usually have interesting dreams for a few days after this treatment as stuck issues are brought to the surface and released, leaving them feeling lighter, happier and calmer.
Distant Healing is the same as ordinary healing, except it is more versatile as it can be carried out anywhere in the world, and at any time. It is for anyone who would like a treatment but is not able/would prefer not to have a personal treatment, anyone who is in other countries, who is in pain, ill, has emotional problems or suffering in any way, or who would just like to relax and enjoy life more.

Many clients have distant healing for stress problems as they find it so beneficial, particularly when carried out on a regular basis, either weekly, fortnightly or monthly for optimum health, to reduce the symptoms of stress, help them feel relaxed, calm and in control, feel energised and motivated, and enjoy their life to the full.
